Important Coronavirus (COVID-19) Update from Management

Dear Residents,

During this challenging time the Management is always here to talk regarding your rent or any other concerns you may have.   Please feel free to reach out to us over the phone or email to open a discussion.

All checks received for April Rent will be held until Friday April 3rd to give residents more time in paying their rent.

Due to the Shelter-in-place laws set forth by the State of California some City’s are placing a moratorium on evictions.  These are set to be temporary protections for residential tenants to last 90 days.  The ordinances may offer services to mediate and help residents negotiate a rent payment schedule to repay Management for missed or late rent during the state’s emergency declaration.

‘This is not a moratorium from paying rent,’ City Councilmembers have been quoted saying.  ‘If you can pay rent, we would like you to pay the rent.’

The Management and Board of Directors thanks all residents for your patience during this difficult period for communicating and respecting other individual’s levels of being affected.  We ask that you please practice social distancing while using the common areas.   Tempers will be tested.  We simply ask that you respect your neighbors and their right to deal with this situation in their own way.   The key is to keep your distance and be respectful.

Our community is so diverse and we want everyone to be safe and feel safe while being able to be outdoors. The well being of all our residents is important.   We will get through this test!
